St Flannan’s Zillmere OSHC is seeking enthusiastic casual Educators to join our supportive team, working before school, after school, and during vacation care for up to 75 children.

If you’re passionate about making a genuine difference in children’s lives, we’d love to hear from you, with flexible shifts across CEEC’s 130+ services and a warm, collaborative workplace. Join us to create learning experiences in a play-based environment where every child is valued and safe.

Formación

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA approved equivalent (desirable).
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2; Course 3 & 4 optional but valued.
• Passion for education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment.
• Knowledge of NQF/My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning Framework (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent oral and written communication.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring casual Educators to join our supportive team, working before school, after school, and during vacation care (15–25 hours per week). A valued part of the St Flannan’s community since 2012, our service provides warm, nurturing care for up to 75 children, where kids feel supported to learn, grow, and be happy.

Job Requirements:

• Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or an ACECQA approved equivalent — desirable but not essential
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded
• A passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning Framework, and National Law/Regulations (or ability to acquire)
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
