Catholic Early EdCare is inviting applications from enthusiastic Educators to join the St Clare's OSHC team. We provide safe, engaging environments with Before School, After School, and Vacation Care for up to 92 children, and we value caring, inclusive play.

As an Educator you’ll deliver exciting experiences, foster relationships, and support children to feel confident, valued, and included, with flexible hours that fit your lifestyle and a supportive, team‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) desirable.
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Completion of mandatory National Child Training or willingness to complete.

Job Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) – desirable but not essential.
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Passion for school-aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, or Early Years Learning Framework, or willingness to learn
• Strong oral and written communication skills
