Job summary

Busy Bees Torquay is seeking a passionate Educator to join our team in Torquay, Queensland, on a full-time basis. You will support the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences and help create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR and related certifications, and a WWCC. Australian experience is highly regarded, with opportunities for career progression within a global provider.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) for VIC or applicable region.
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of play-based learning aligned with EYLF.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Assist with daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.
