Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Educator for a full-time position at New Lambton, NSW. You will contribute to delivering high-quality education and care, creating a nurturing environment where children thrive.

Role involves supporting EYLF-based activities, promoting safety and inclusion, and building strong relationships with families and staff within Busy Bees at New Lambton.

Qualifications

• Valid Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Working with Children Check NSW.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• WWCC and child safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at New Lambton, located at 297 Lambton Road, New Lambton NSW 2305, on a full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.

What you'll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)


• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children


• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members


• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children


• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you'll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values


• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care


• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)


• Current Working with Children Check for NSW


• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
