Job summary

St Peter’s OSHC is seeking a motivated educator to join our team. You will help create a welcoming environment for children and families while supporting learning, development and wellbeing.

You will collaborate with staff to plan engaging activities, maintain safety and inclusivity, and communicate effectively with families. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and relevant checks/trainings are required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training or willingness to complete.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive, caring and inclusive approach to working with children.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high‑quality care and positive experiences for children and families.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives.

You will ideally have:
