Job summary

Kool Beanz Casuarina is seeking a part-time Assistant Educator (Certificate III) to support our team in delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences in a warm, home-like environment.

You’ll work flexibly across rooms, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while contributing to NQS adherence and high-quality care. WWC and First Aid are required or will be obtained, with a passion for Early Childhood education at the core.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and child-led learning.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
• Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator who is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position and who brings creativity, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.
