Kool Beanz Byron Bay Academy invites an enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our caring team in Byron Bay. This part-time role focuses on supporting educators with EYLF-aligned programs and child-led learning in a warm, home-like environment.

Ideal candidates hold Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are actively working toward it) and have WWC and First Aid or willingness to obtain. Grow with a passionate, community-focused centre by the coast.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and child-led learning.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
• Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator who is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position and who brings creativity, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development.
