Job summary

Kool Beanz Southport is seeking an Assistant Educator (Certificate III or Diploma) to join a vibrant early learning team. You will assist in delivering child-led programs aligned with EYLF, build strong community relationships and support high-quality practice across the centre.

The role requires relevant qualifications or progress toward them, current First Aid/CPR and Blue Card, and a positive, collaborative attitude to help every child thrive in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III / Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care qualification or working towards the qualification.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Blue Card (Working with Children check).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
• Enthusiastic, positive, friendly attitude.
• Understanding of EYLF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building.

About You:

Working hours:

You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
