St Patrick’s OSHC, Beenleigh QLD, is looking for enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our team. We offer Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care with flexible casual shifts across multiple services.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or are working toward one) and a current Queensland Blue Card. You’ll be part of a supportive team focused on safety, learning, and fun for children in our local community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, or willingness to work towards a qualification.
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Passion for working with primary school-aged children in a play-based environment.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and Early Years Learning Framework, or willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, or willingness to work towards a qualification, is desirable but not essential. Equivalent qualifications recognised by ACECQA are also welcome.
• A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• A genuine passion for working with primary school-aged children in a play-based environment.
• An understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time, Our Place, the Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation, or a willingness to learn.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team.
