Job summary

Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane – Daisy Hill QLD is seeking Casual Educators to support school-aged children at St Edward's Outside School Hours Care (OSHC).

Join a dynamic team delivering Before and After School Care and Vacation Care to up to 129 children. Flexible hours, engaging activities and a supportive environment await you. No experience required; a current Queensland Blue Card is preferred, with training provided.

What You'll Bring

• A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, or be working towards a relevant qualification. This is desirable but not essential, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• A genuine passion for supporting school-aged children in a play-based environment.
• An understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time, Our Place, the National Law and Regulations, or a willingness to learn.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Completion of mandatory National Child Protection Training through Geckko, or a willingness to complete it before commencing.
