Goodstart Glenfield Park in Wagga Wagga NSW is seeking a dedicated Educator for a fixed-term, part-time (25 hours per week, with potential for more hours). You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft engaging learning experiences for children, while upholding safety and inclusivity.

The role offers above-award pay, a 50% discount on childcare gap fees, parental leave benefits, and a supportive team focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Requires CIII in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.

• Deliver high-quality learning programs in collaboration with Senior Educators and Educational Leader.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity for every child.
• Contribute to planning and reflective practice to support child development.
