Job summary

Goodstart Proserpine is seeking an Educator to join our centre and support high-quality, play-based learning for children aged 6 weeks to school age. You’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and enhance learning programs in a nurturing environment.

The role focuses on safety, inclusivity, and partnership with families, aligning with our commitment to shaping futures while providing above-award pay and a supportive workplace in Proserpine, QLD.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check must be current.

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, contribute to learning programs for children in our centre.
• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft engaging, inclusive activities.
• Prioritise safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives.
