Goodstart North Lakes – College Street in North Lakes QLD is hiring a dedicated Educator to join our team. You’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft engaging learning programs and ensure safety and inclusivity for every child.

As a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week), you’ll be supported with above-award pay, a 50% discount on childcare gap fees, paid parental leave, wellbeing days, and a range of staff benefits designed to support your career and family life.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).
