Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Bruce is seeking an Educator to inspire young minds in a warm, supportive team. You’ll contribute to a safe, engaging learning environment while partnering with families to celebrate milestones.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality early childhood programs, completing mandatory Child Protection training, holding a Certificate 3 or Diploma in ECE (or in progress), and working 7am–6pm, Monday–Friday on a rotating roster in ACT. WWVP checks apply.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Child Protection training completed via GECCKO.
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or currently working towards).
• Availability 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday with rotating roster.
• Working with Children Check (WWVP for ACT).

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning in a safe, fun environment.
• Collaborate with families to celebrate milestones.
• Deliver the Guardian learning program and activities.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)
• Availability to work between from 7am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWVP for ACT).
