Job summary

Guardian Caloundra is seeking a full-time Educator who is fun, caring and ready to make an impact in early learning. If you’re creative and want to make each day exciting for young children, you’ll fit right in.

Join a team that delivers the To Be Me learning programs, builds strong relationships with children and families, and offers learning opportunities to grow your career. Applicants must have the appropriate ECE qualifications and WWCC where applicable.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it)
• Completion of national mandatory Child Protection training via GECCKO
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team.
• Turn everyday moments into learning adventures.
• Bring the To Be Me learning programs to life.
• Rotating roster availability between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)
• Availability to work between from 7am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).

Ideal to have:

• Child Protection Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
