Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Coopers Plains is looking for an Educator to inspire young minds within a supportive, collaborative team. You’ll work with passionate educators and help bring the unique 'To BE Me' program to life, while sharing children’s milestones with their families.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or are currently working towards one), have a WWCC, and can work 7am–6pm Monday to Friday with a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Completion of Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it)
• Availability to work between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Over 2–3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector (ideal)

Responsibilities

• Assist Educators and Centre Manager to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Utilise learning spaces and resources to support developmental milestones
• Share children’s milestones and wow moments with families
• Bring the 'To BE Me' Guardian learning program to life
• Participate in ongoing learning and career development within the network
