Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Caloundra is looking for a full-time Educator to join our supportive team and make a real impact on young lives. You’ll build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues while turning everyday moments into learning adventures.

We value creativity and care, with flexible, rotating hours between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. A Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it) and WWCC are preferred; we offer above‑award

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via GECCKO platform.
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it).
• Availability to work between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)
• Availability to work between from 7am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).

Ideal to have:

• Child Protection Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
