Goodstart Early Learning in Melbourne is hiring an Educator to join our team. You will help craft and deliver high-quality early learning programs for children, working with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader to ensure safe, inclusive learning.

The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and ongoing professional growth within a nurturing environment that supports families and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current VIC Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and adapt learning programs for children.
• Support safety and inclusivity in learning environments.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to enhance learning programs.

You’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
