Job summary

Guardian Greenbank is seeking an Educator to inspire young minds within a supportive, play-based learning environment. You’ll work with a passionate team in modern facilities, delivering the centre’s programs and daily routines while building strong relationships with families.

This role offers ongoing professional development, career progression across the Guardian network, above award pay, and a commitment to safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it)
• Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play in safe environments and modern facilities
• Engage with families to share milestones and celebrate children’s growth
• Implement and bring the ‘To BE Me’ Guardian learning program to life
• Collaborate with a passionate team and participate in ongoing professional development
