Job summary

A leading children's education provider in Melbourne seeks an Educator to inspire young minds and contribute to a fun and supportive team. You will implement the Guardian learning program, engage families in children's milestones, and ensure a smooth operation of learning environments. Candidates should have a relevant qualification and work availability between 7am and 6pm. This is a part-time entry-level position in the education sector.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Availability to work a rotating roster between 7am and 6pm.
• Need a current Working with Children Check.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or another ECE qualification)
• Availability to work between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC)

Ideal to Have

• Child Protection Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector

Centre

Our 140-place, Exceeding-rated centre offers resource-rich environments including water play, veggie gardens, natural climbing structures, and age-specific ateliers. We celebrate cultural holidays and create an inclusive, welcoming environment with staff speaking multiple languages. The light-filled centre features an outdoor music space, French lessons, and weekly cooking classes for parents, alongside regular incursions and excursions.
