Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Murwillumbah is seeking an Educator to inspire young minds in a supportive team. You will collaborate with fellow Educators and a Centre Manager to deliver engaging early childhood programs in excellent learning spaces.

Responsibilities include sharing milestones with families, implementing the To BE Me framework, and pursuing ongoing learning opportunities within the network. Availability 7am–6pm, Mon–Fri, with rotating rosters is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday with a rotating roster.
• Willingness to work in Guardian learning environments across Murwillumbah.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)
• Availability to work between from 7am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).

Ideal to have:

• Child Protection Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
