Edge Early Learning - Administrators Appointed in Laidley QLD is hiring qualified Early Years Educators (Certificate III or Diploma or equivalent) to join our dynamic centre. You will design engaging learning experiences for toddlers and pre-kindy and work across rostered opening and closing shifts.

We offer competitive hourly rates negotiated by qualification and experience, plus a Worker Retention Payment and a range of staff benefits. Applications from all eligible Australians are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in Australia

Are you a qualified Early Years Educator ready to bring energy, creativity and genuine care to a purpose-built centre? We're looking for Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators to join our centre — people who love what they do and want to grow with a forward-thinking organisation.

Your hourly rate will be negotiated based on your qualifications and experience, plus access to our Worker Retention Payment.

Hiring to fill Toddler Room and Pre Kindy openings

1. This role is NOT eligible for employer-sponsored visas (visa sponsorship). You must already hold the right to work in Australia. 2. On this occasion, we are unable to accept applicants working towards their Certificate III qualification, or applicants whose only qualification is a Graduate Diploma or Masters of Teaching without the required experience (see below). 3. Our centres operate extended hours. Whilst we do our best to be flexible, candidates must be available to work opening shifts, closing shifts, or both. We are unable to accommodate school-hours-only availability.

Qualifications

  OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia

• National Child Safety Training (GECCKO), mandatory
• RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA), mandatory
• Training to respond to child abuse and neglect (ACT)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate/s
