Edge Early Learning is hiring qualified Early Years Educators in Ipswich, Australia. The role supports open and closing shifts in a busy centre, with a focus on designing experiences tailored to each child’s needs.

• Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Graduate Diploma / Masters with 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting in Australia
• Working with Children Check, mandatory
• National Child Safety Training (GECCKO) – Foundations & Advanced – mandatory
• RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA) – mandatory
• Training to respond to child abuse and neglect (ACT)
• First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Asthma Management Certificate
• Anaphylaxis Certificate

1. This role is NOT eligible for employer-sponsored visas (visa sponsorship). You must already hold the right to work in Australia.

2. On this occasion, we are unable to accept applicants working towards their Certificate III qualification, or applicants whose only qualification is a Graduate Diploma or Masters of Teaching without the required experience (see below).

3. Our centres operate extended hours. Whilst we do our best to be flexible, candidates must be available to work opening shifts, closing shifts, or both. We are unable to accommodate school-hours-only availability.
