Job summary

Elm Tree Early Learning Ormeau is hiring Early Childhood Educators to join our warm, home-like learning community in Ormeau, Queensland. We care for children from six weeks to school age and value dedicated educators who share our commitment to quality early learning.

If you hold or are working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and understand or are developing knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, apply now.

Qualifications

• Holds or is working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Familiarity with EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and NQS (National Quality Standard) preferred.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willing to obtain.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for educators who:

• Hold or are working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Understand, or are developing their knowledge of, the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation
• Hold or are willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Bring enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude to the team
