Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an Educational Leader to guide educators in delivering high-quality early learning programs in a Melbourne VIC service. You will design and deliver programs, mentor staff across rooms, and ensure alignment with the EYLF and regulatory requirements, while supporting continuous improvement and reflective practice.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in early childhood or ACEQCA equivalent.
• VIT and/or WWCC (Working With Children Check).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework).
• Experience in an Educational Leader or similar leadership role.
• Experience in curriculum planning, programming and professional development.
• First Aid Certificate held.
• Mandatory Reporting & GECCKO Training completed.
• Full working rights (18+ months).
