Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader (ECT) for our Canberra centre to drive educational excellence. You will mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and promote best practice across the team to deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQF.

You will lead on-floor coaching, support programming and documentation, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes while fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Educational Leader position guiding ECTs and early childhood staff.
• Experience mentoring educators and guiding curriculum development.
• Experience delivering EYLF/NQF-aligned learning experiences.
