Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a full-time Educational Leader (ECT) at Box Hill to drive educational excellence. You will mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and promote best practice in early childhood education across the centre.

You will lead on-floor coaching, ensure high-quality programming aligned with EYLF, and collaborate with the Leadership Team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience mentoring or leading educators in an ECEC setting.
• Current WWCC and first aid certifications (CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and support.
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation per EYLF.
• Foster culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and relevant legislation.
