Job summary

Eden Academy Murray Bridge is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor educators, guide curriculum, and elevate learning for our young children. You will work with the leadership team to support practice, drive continuous improvement, and create outstanding learning experiences across our service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in early childhood education, a Diploma or ACECQA-equivalent, and a current Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in early childhood education, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Diploma or ACECQA-approved equivalent in Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support educators to lift educational practices.
• Guide curriculum planning and programming across the service.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a proactive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.
