Honour Early Learning in Strathpine is looking for an experienced Educational Leader to open our brand-new centre. You will lead the development and implementation of our education program, mentor educators, and build strong relationships with families to support every child's learning and development.

The role requires at least two years in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, and a passion for inclusive, nature-focused learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in early childcare education.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing, designing and implementing our education program.
• Mentor and support for all educators.
• Build relationships with families and assist with learning difficulties and development of all children.
