Job summary

Mini Masterminds Brighton Le Sands is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader (Dip or ECT) to drive educational excellence across the centre. You will mentor educators, lead curriculum development, and promote best practice in early childhood education.

You will work hands-on with educators to support high-quality programming, inspire improvement, and ensure learning experiences align with the EYLF and NQF. Brighton Le Sands centre offers a supportive leadership team and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC and required certifications within the ECE sector.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support.
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes.
