Job summary

Perfect Beginnings Early Learning Centre in Burpengary, QLD is seeking an Educational Leader to champion educational excellence across our centre and mentor our enquiry based curriculum. You will be responsible for guiding educators in curriculum design, documentation, and reflective practice while supporting ongoing professional development.

The role requires ACECQA approved qualifications and proven leadership experience, with a strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and Queensland regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proven experience as Educational Leader in an early learning setting
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS and Queensland childcare regulations

Responsibilities

• Mentor educators in curriculum design and reflective practice using EYLF & NQS
• Support staff training and set goals for teams
• Lead curriculum design with a hands-on leadership approach
• Drive quality improvement through research and collaboration with pedagogical leaders
• Collaborate closely with the pedagogical leader to maintain high standards
