Job summary

Mini Masterminds Hamlyn Terrace is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader (ECT or Dip) to drive educational excellence across the centre. You will mentor educators, guide curriculum development aligned with the EYLF, and promote best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or leading educators in an Early Childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Child protection training/certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
