Job summary

YMCA Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader to join the Kurwongbah OSHC team on a permanent part-time basis. You will shape engaging programs that support children's learning, guide and support educators, and ensure every child feels safe, supported and included.

Working under the Children's Services Leadership Team in Brisbane, you will drive play-based learning, coach staff, and connect with families to foster a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership in children’s learning and program development.
• Experience guiding and supporting educators in a childcare setting.
