Journey Early Learning Kawana is seeking an Educational Leader to guide curriculum development, mentor educators and drive quality learning across our 151-place centre with six playgrounds.

Lead engaging programs, support reflective practice, align with EYLF and NQS, and contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan while collaborating closely with the Centre Manager.

Qualifications

Lead curriculum development and pedagogical practice.
Mentor educators and support professional growth.
Ensure alignment with EYLF and NQS.
Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Collaborate with Centre Manager and staff to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Leading the development and delivery of engaging educational programs.
Mentoring educators and supporting their professional growth.
Promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Supporting alignment with the EYLF and NQS.
Contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Working closely with the Centre Manager and educators to deliver high-quality outcomes for children.
