Guardian Childcare & Education Hillside is seeking an Educational Leader to join our leadership team and make a tangible difference in daily learning. You will shape the future by driving our unique To BE Me program, empower your team to deliver high-quality learning, and elevate child outcomes through regular assessments.

You will lead programming, coach educators, and contribute to the centre’s improvement plan.

Qualifications

• Diploma or University degree in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
• Previous Educational Leader experience is essential.
• Valid Working with Children’s Check (VIC WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Drive creation and execution of the centre's unique To BE Me program.
• Empower team to deliver high-quality learning for children of all ages.
• Elevate learning outcomes with regular assessments and growth support.
• Set goals for teaching excellence and lead best practices.
• Contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement.
