Job summary

Guardian Export Park is seeking an Educational Leader to support educators, strengthen curriculum practice and create meaningful learning experiences for children daily. You will lead with purpose, coach teams, and drive quality improvements across the centre.

You will guide the To BE Me learning program, support assessment and documentation, and help set high teaching standards, contributing to the centre’s ongoing improvement initiatives and a culture of shared learning.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Experience in early childhood education is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose by guiding the implementation of our unique To BE Me learning program
• Support educator growth through coaching, collaboration and reflective practice
• Strengthen learning outcomes by supporting meaningful assessment and documentation
• Set the standard for high-quality teaching and learning across the centre
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan
• Create a culture of learning where educators feel confident to share ideas, try new approaches and grow
