Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Balmain Cove in Rozelle is seeking an Educational Leader to guide teaching practice and program development, enriching every child’s day. You’ll be part of a centre leadership team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

You’ll drive the To BE Me program, empower staff through coaching and mentoring, and lead quality improvements via the centre’s plans. We offer above-award pay, extensive professional development, and a network of support.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• WWCC or state-specific equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation and execution of the To BE Me program.
• Empower your team to deliver quality learning programs.
• Elevate learning outcomes with regular assessments.
• Inspire excellence by setting goals for teaching and leading best practices.
• Champion quality through the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
• Lead programming and shape centre resources.
• Collaborate with educators to share ideas and drive innovation.
