Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Caulfield is seeking an Educational Leader to join our centre's leadership team and drive high-quality learning outcomes. You will empower your team to deliver exceptional learning programs, elevate standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence across the network.

You will guide programming, support staff development, and participate in the centre's Quality Improvement Plan to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.

Qualifications

• Completion of mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• University degree in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Experience in the early years sector is desirable.
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming and resource development across the centre.
• Drive the development and execution of educational programs.
• Set clear teaching goals and lead best practices.
• Coach, mentor and develop educators to achieve excellence.
• Contribute to the centre’s continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.
