Journey Early Learning Parap is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to guide the educational direction of a brand-new, 98-place centre opening November 2026. You will mentor educators, shape practice and foster a culture of quality learning from day one.

Work with the Centre Manager and the Journey team to bring ideas to life, lead reflective practice, align with EYLF and NQS, and build a collaborative, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous Educational Leader experience highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, programming, EYLF and NQS.
• Confidence mentoring and supporting educators.
• Experience contributing to quality improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative leadership style that inspires and empowers others.
• Completed National Child Safety Training.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire high-quality educational practice across the centre.
• Mentor and coach educators in programming, planning and documentation.
• Drive reflective practice and continuous improvement aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
• Build educator confidence, capability and consistency.

Working alongside the Centre Manager and supported by the wider Journey team, you'll have the opportunity to bring your ideas, influence practice and make a meaningful impact.
