Village Early Education – Springvale South VIC is seeking a dedicated Community Leader to work with the Centre Manager in a dual Educational Leader and Assistant Director role. You will lead quality practice, mentor educators, support daily operations, and positively impact children, families, and staff.

With a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, WWC clearance, and essential training, you will drive curriculum quality, compliance with NQF/WHS, and community engagement, while shaping

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised institution, as outlined by ACECQA.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Accredited emergency response training (anaphylaxis & asthma).
• Child Protection training certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality practice and drive high standards of care and education.
• Mentor educators and support curriculum development.
• Liaise with families and communities and manage centre operations.
• Foster a compliant, safe, and collaborative centre environment.
