Job summary

Nido Education Pty Ltd is seeking an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead a dynamic early years team at Nido Tonsley Village. You will mentor educators, oversee rostering and budgeting, and foster strong relationships with families and the broader community to deliver high-quality early learning experiences.

You will bring a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, 2+ years of leadership within the sector, and a commitment to child safety, accreditation standards, and

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the sector and a track record of guiding teams.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills to support educators.
• A solid understanding of EYLF and NQS and child safety expectations.
