In this dual role, you will act as Person in Charge in the Director's absence and drive high-quality pedagogy and compliance across the service.

The role requires strong leadership experience and a commitment to pedagogical excellence, with a focus on mentoring staff, ensuring safety, and modelling best practice in a supportive community.
