Job summary

Original Mineral Pro is seeking an Associate Manager, Education & Talent in Australia. You will provide hands-on coordination and support to bring Education, Talent and Events plans to life, keeping programmes running smoothly and the CØR.creator community engaged.

Reporting to the Education, Events & Ambassador Manager, you will handle day-to-day administration, event logistics, ambassador onboarding and budget tracking in a fast-moving beauty brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in coordination, administration, events or marketing support.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders.
• Exposure to working with talent, ambassadors or educators is highly regarded but not essential.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, event management or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate education programmes scheduling and logistics.
• Assist with educator onboarding, materials and communications.
• Plan and execute events, including logistics, venues and suppliers.
• Prepare regular reporting packs and maintain trackers across Education, Talent & Events.
