NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking an Education Support Officer – Clerk Grade 3/4 to provide administrative support for offender distance education programs across NSW correctional centres. The role collaborates with correctional centres, external education providers and inmates to facilitate education access and rehabilitation.

You will manage records, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist inmates with study requirements while contributing to reporting processes and program

• Administration experience supporting project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Deliver administrative tasks for distance education, manage records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver programs.
• Assist inmates with individual study requirements and provide resources.
• Maintain records of offender engagement and participation.
• Support reporting by collecting and interpreting data.
• Disseminate information to inmates to support course development.
• Respond to enquiries promptly with accurate referrals.
• Participate in centre-based activities to enhance education initiatives.
• Handle incoming enquiries via phone or in person.
