Education Support Officer – Clerk Grade 3/4 is an ongoing, full-time role across multiple NSW locations in the Hunter, Sydney Metro and South Coast regions. You will provide administrative and clerical support to deliver offender distance education programs, working with correctional centres, providers and inmates, and ensuring access to education and rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a range of administrative tasks for distance education, including records management, maintaining registers, preparing manuals, correspondence, and reports
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the coordination and delivery of distance education programs
• Work directly with inmates on a daily basis to manage and facilitate their individual study requirements and provide necessary information and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of offender engagement and participation
• Assist with the reporting processes by collating and interpreting data and contributing to improvements in reporting systems
• Collate, interpret, manage and disseminate information directly to inmates to support distance education development and implementation
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on referrals as required
• Participate in centre-based activities that enhance the delivery of distance education initiatives
• Respond to incoming enquiries (over the phone or face to face), providing information and referring enquiries in an effective and responsive manner
