Job summary

ANZCA in Melbourne is seeking an Education Development and Projects Manager to lead strategic education and governance initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee project delivery from planning through implementation and evaluation, while guiding a small project team.

Working with senior leaders and committees, you will manage budgets, risks and resources, drive change management, and deliver compelling business cases and recommendations for ongoing education programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, program or strategic project management
• Proven people leadership experience
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working within governance environments
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Experience managing budgets, risks and resources
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, business, health or a related discipline
