ALS Limited in Melbourne seeks an experienced Project & Change Manager to support the integration of Water and Environmental businesses across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive project delivery, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and lead change initiatives that support successful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects and change programs.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (lab/operational/technical).
• Strong governance, planning and executive reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining delivery momentum and governance discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the integrated project plan, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting.
• Assess operational, customer, process and people impacts of integration activities and develop practical implementation plans.
• Coordinate change activities to minimise disruption and maintain business continuity.
• Provide change management advice, coaching and support to leaders and workstream owners.
• Maintain project governance, including meetings, action logs, RAID registers and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability and deliverables.
• Monitor readiness, project performance and key business metrics, escalating risks where required.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities and facilitate workshops to resolve complex issues.
• Support communication plans for employees, leaders, customers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project close-out documentation, benefits realisation reporting and transition-to-business-as-usual activities.
