Job summary

Niño Early Learning Adventures Chadstone seeks an Education & Practice Leader to drive high-quality pedagogy and curriculum across the centre. You will mentor educators, implement the Positive Education curriculum and support reflective practice within a child-centred learning environment.

You will guide assessment cycles, foster collaboration, and ensure compliance with the Early Years Framework and National Regulations, while delivering ongoing professional development and supporting families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Early Childhood teams and mentoring educators.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Ability to develop and oversee educational programs and resources.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire and support a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and inclusive practice across classrooms.
• Champion the Positive Education curriculum and wellbeing initiatives.
• Guide planning and assessment cycles to document meaningful learning.
• Coach educators through observations and reflective conversations.
• Promote safe, engaging indoor/outdoor environments addressing children’s needs.
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Deliver orientation, training and ongoing professional support.
• Complete curriculum audits and monthly reporting.
