Niño Early Learning Adventures Chadstone is seeking an Education & Practice Leader to drive high-quality pedagogy and curriculum across the centre. You will mentor educators, guide program development and ensure alignment with the EYLF, NQF and our Positive Education framework.

You will lead coaching conversations, support centre operations and collaborate with management to foster a safe, engaging environment that supports wellbeing and learning for children and families.

Competenze

• Experience leading Early Childhood Education teams.
• Deep knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Experience developing and overseeing educational programs.

Mansioni

• Lead pedagogy, curriculum implementation and reflective practice across the centre.
• Mentor and coach educators to deliver inclusive, child-centred learning.
• Conduct curriculum audits, monthly reporting and documentation of progress.

Formazione

Bachelor/Master in Early Childhood Education
