Job summary

St Nicholas Early Education – Chisholm NSW invites applications for an Educational Leader to drive the Educational Program and Practice at the Chisholm Service. You will lead an educational team, guide pedagogy, and influence practice through professional dialogue, hands-on learning and ongoing development opportunities.

You will mentor educators to build capacity for continuous improvement, foster engaging and inclusive learning environments, and work with specialist teams on sector trends

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
• Demonstrated leadership skills within Children Services
• Dedicated to developing the future of children
• Demonstrated understanding of: National Quality Framework (NQF); Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF); Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting; Workplace Health and Safety issues

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Educational Program and Practice in the St Nicholas Service
• Provide leadership and support to educators through professional conversations and reflection
• Mentor and empower staff to build capacity for continuous improvement
• Create engaging and inclusive learning environments for all children
• Collaborate with Pedagogy and Quality Assurance teams on emerging sector trends
